Brian was born and raised in Lawrence, Kansas where he “self-published” a number of comic books in the fourth grade based on video game characters. He rediscovered his love for writing in high school when he started what became his first novel, Running Out of Lies. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in English and has written news articles for North Coast News in Eureka, California. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
Brian loves travel and experiencing new cultures, good food, music and movies, running, Marvel comics, and coffee.
